Ho'olaea Andrade, NMLS #338003
With more than 20 years of professional financial experience in mortgage lending and accounting, Ho‘olaea Andrade, founder of Pacific Isle Lending Group, matches borrowers with the best financing available based on their individual portfolio and the properties they desire.
Born and raised in Kaneohe, Oahu, Ho’olaea grew up actively involved with sports, primarily rodeo and softball where she competed at the collegiate level. Her family was originally from Kamuela on the Big Island, home of world-famous Parker Ranch, where she spent summers with her grandparents. Growing up in a rich culture of the paniolo, the Hawaiian cowboy, where cattle drives could last as long as eight hours, Ho’olaea learned early the importance of hard work and grit. Grit is as important as integrity, transparency and ethics in this ever-changing field. Ho’olaea continues to be a strong advocate for mortgage industry regulation which has created a safe environment for both borrowers and brokers alike.
With a BS in Economics: Accounting from Eastern Oregon University, Ho’olaea spent several years working for both the private and public sectors in accounting before starting her loan origination career in 2004. Her training and practice in accounting instilled in her the importance of clarity and confidentiality.
She founded the North Hawaii Network Group, a monthly gathering of local business leaders, and her company is a member of Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Island Board of Realtors and National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Ho’olaea and her husband, a fire fighter and rancher, have three children and enthusiastically continue the family tradition of ranching and rodeo.
